Platform: the website available at certificate.cit.edu.al and all related services.
User: any individual or legal entity accessing, registering on, or using the Platform.
Content: videos, presentations, documents, examinations, quizzes, certificates, educational materials, and other digital content made available through the Platform.
Services: training programs, certification programs, assessments, certificate verification services, and any other digital services provided by CIT through the Platform.
The Platform may provide:
CIT reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, protecting their password and login information, and all activities conducted through their account.
CIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Users shall not:
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Access to purchased training programs is provided after successful payment.
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the applicable course, training, examination, or assessment requirements.
CIT reserves the right to exercise the above rights.
All Content available on the Platform, including training materials, certificate templates, logos and trademarks, software and databases, text, graphics, images, and documentation, is the exclusive property of CIT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for personal educational purposes.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written authorization.
Payments for Services are processed through secure electronic payment systems.
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfers, EFT payments, and cash payments are not accepted. Additional terms regarding purchases are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.
CIT may temporarily suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, security updates, system upgrades, or operational reasons.
While CIT strives to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CIT shall not be liable for internet service interruptions, power outages, failures of third-party service providers, cyberattacks or security breaches beyond its reasonable control, or force majeure events.
In all circumstances, CIT's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Albanian data protection laws and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information regarding the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services.
CIT does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
CIT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
